Meeting Facilities
Small meetings (four or five people) can be held in the Carole Rafferty Suite, next door to our main office. If you need a larger space, then there is a Board Room and two large Meeting Rooms available at Spitfire House, which are free of charge for use by community groups.
Quality Standards & Approvals
We take our services seriously, which is why we meet a number of quality standards and approvals. We are an Investor In People, are approved by the Ministry of Justice for providing a regulated claims management service for employment matters and housing disrepair, and are currently working towards the Matrix standard for information, advice and guidance.
Support to Resident Groups
Here are a number of residents’ groups in Castle Vale, and we can provide a range of help and support that is designed to help your group operate, find funding, and develop as an organisation. Please take a look at our Development Agency page for more details.
Surveys
Each year we do an estate-wide Residents’ Survey, as well as various smaller ones, for example for residents’ groups or other organisations. We’ll put the results of this year’s Residents Survey on the website so that you can download them to find out what our community thinks about the issues and services that affect it.
