Nobody likes having a problem. However, with Castle Vale TRA you’re not on your own. We can offer a range of legal advice and information, and in certain circumstances we can represent you as well.

We are approved by the Ministry of Justice for the provision of a claims management service for employment matters and housing disrepair, authorisation number CRM12087.

We can represent you at the Benefit Tribunal, the Customs Tribunal, the Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeals Tribunal. We also have a tie-up with the Law School at Birmingham City University, and have students on placement between October and May doing their Free Representation Unit module under our supervision.

The TRA’s legal advice service is provided by Katie Green, who has a first class honours degree in Law with Legal Practice, as well as currently working towards a Masters level degree in Employment Law
